Meet the Kid Who’s Never Eaten a Gram of Refined Sugar in Her Life- Here’s What She Looks Like Today


Children are taught that sugar and sweets are rewards for good behavior or a mark of a special occasion, contributing to the global sugar epidemic.

Due to this, birthday cakes are the most important part of birthday celebrations, holiday tables are laden with sweets, and consider the entire Easter celebration with its chocolate bunnies or Halloween celebration with its trick-or-treating.

Cooper, mother of a two-and-a-half-year-old girl, adopted a Paleo diet in place of refined sugar, dairy, grains, and processed foods.

She eats organic chicken and veggies for dinner, and carrots, roasted sweet potatoes, eggs in coconut oil, steamed broccoli, and a tablespoon of sauerkraut for breakfast.

According to Grace’s mother, Shan, Grace has a very robust immune system, which is why she has only experienced one cold. While she will continue to mentor Grace when she gets older, she won’t force her to adhere to this diet.

In spite of its high sugar content, baby food contains chemicals, sodium, preservatives, lead, and fluoride, all of which can seriously harm a child’s or toddler’s health.

As babies’ taste buds are still developing, it is not necessary to feed them processed meals, since they can get all the sugar they need from organic foods.

Many baby foods contain a lot of sugar despite misleading labeling. Fruits and vegetables are heated to extremely high temperatures before being delivered to companies that make baby food, where they are boiled down to remove most of the nutrients, leaving only the high sugar content.
