Solving riddles probably makes many of us remember our childhood, when all we had to do was exercise, play, and learn.
Back then, one of my teachers often challenged my friends and me with different types of riddles. It was an exciting way to end the school day.
Or maybe you think of classic TV shows like Braingames, where the show featured different puzzles for all ages.
Riddles are perfect for brain-teasing, a great way to keep the mind sharp and curious. In addition, you get to test your skills, which is always fun!
In the same way that your body needs a light jog or a walk around the block now and then, the brain also needs exercise.
There are many different types of brainteasers, but as long as you engage in problem-solving and give those brain cells a good workout, anything counts.
