Rentsenkhorloo Bud, 30, of Mongolia, has the second-longest pair of legs in the world.
As a 6′ 9″ woman, Bud inherited her genes from her 6′ 10″ father and her 6′ 1″ mother. She works as a model now and is extremely proud of her unique legs, which measure 52.8 inches from hip to heel.
Bud’s legs are among the longest in the world, but she still aspires to wear high heels. She’s just 0.2 inches short of the world record held by 17-year-old Maci Currin of Austin, Texas.
Bud now lives and works as a model in Chicago, and she says she likes to wear shorts and high heels to make her legs appear longer. Bud believes her long legs make her more beautiful.
Bud has no desire to enter the Guinness Book of World Records and has no interest in it. She said that sometimes she has trouble finding clothing that fits, and that sometimes she is too big for doorways. Bud can’t find any shoes in Asia that fit her shoe size, which is US 13.
Still, Bud wasn’t always as confident as she is now. Because of her height, she often felt bad as a child, and some people made her feel uncomfortable. It seems, however, that she is now seen as unique, which is why she feels so good.
People often ask her whether she is a model, and she loves the question. The woman has always been tall, and can’t imagine being any other way.
“I have lived with my long legs and my tall height my entire life. So, for me, it’s just a normal thing. Being tall is beautiful, and it makes you stand out from others.”
