Woman Ate Nothing But Bananas For 12 Days. Here’s What Happened

Hence, Yulia Tarbath, a nutritionist and a motivational coach, tried the mono-fruit diet for 12 days straight to detoxify her body and to test out the benefits of eating bananas.

What does the banana island entail?

– You eat all the bananas you desire and bananas are all you eat (you can also do it with other fruit). The island is a monoculture, but occasionally the last meal of the day includes a type of green, such as lettuce.

– You only eat ripe bananas, you eat your usual amount of calories – no undereating or calorie-restricting is required.

– You drink plenty of water, around 3 liters a day.

– You exercise as usual.

– Rest enough as your body will be going through a deeper detox and restoration.

– Research shows that bananas can actually be a perfect fit in your weight loss diet plan. About 90 calories are in a six-inch banana, which is much fewer than in any candy bar. Furthermore, this fruit contains soluble fibre, which causes it to absorb water and slow down digestion.

DURING HER BANANA ONLY DIET, THE FOLLOWING OCCURRED:
