Respect Your Parents In Their Old Age — Heart Touching Story

The 80-year-old man sat on the sofa in his house with his 45-year-old highly educated son. Suddenly, a crow landed on their window.

Father asked his Son, “What is this?”. The Son replied “It is a crow”. The Father asked his Son a second time, “What is this?” The Son replied, “Father, I have just told you that it is a crow”. After a while, the old Father asked his Son once more, What is this?” At this time, the Son’s tone revealed some irritation. “It’s a crow, a crow”. A little later, the Father asked his Son a fourth time, “What is it?”.?”
The Son shouted at his Father again, “Why do you keep asking me the same question, even though I have told you so many times that it is a bird? Do you not understand? “The Father went to his room a short time later and returned with an old tattered diary, which he had kept since his Son was born. When he opened a page, he asked his son to read it. The diary contained the following words when read by the son:-“Today, my three-year-old son was sitting on the sofa with me when a crow sat on the window. He asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a Crow. Each time he asked the same question again and again, I hugged him lovingly. “I did not feel irritated at all, rather I felt affection for my child.”.
When the little child asked him 23 times “What is this?”, the Father felt no irritation answering the same question 23 times, but today, when the Father asked his Son the same question only 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed. Then..
If your parents grow old, do not look at them with disdain or as a burden. As an alternative, speak to them in a gracious manner, be obedient, humble, and kind. Be considerate to your parents. As of today, say: “I want to see my parents happy forever.”. They have cared for me ever since I was a little child. They have always shown me their selfless love. In order to make me a person presentable to society today, they crossed mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat. Say a prayer to God, “I will serve my old parents in the BEST way. No matter how my parents behave, I will always be kind and good to them. Thank you for taking the time to read this story. Hope YOU are forwarding this to all your friends
