According to Cavan and his wife Lindsay, Rory’s staggering Sinclair total of 213,738 makes her the best 11-and-under pound-for-pound lifter in the United States. Our girl Rory is the current champion of the Ontario Weightlifting Association. Under 17 years of age can compete in this championship, particularly if they are in the 40 kilos weight class.
