‘Strongest 7-Year-Old Girl In The World’ Can Deadlift 80kg/176.37lbs


Rory van Ulft is a little boy. She can put us all to shame in the gym, even though she’s only seven years old.

Rory van Ulft is originally from Ottawa. The athlete can snatch 32 kg, squat 61 kg, deadlift 80 kg, and clean and jerk 42 kg. In her fifth year, she enrolled in a gymnastics class. Rory also wears fake tattoos on her arms while weightlifting because she thinks it’s cool.

Today she was crowned USA weightlifting champion in the under-11 and under-13 categories at the Youth National Championship.

How does she do it?

She spends nearly 9 hours a week practicing in the gym and about 4 hours weightlifting.

Rory is not only the toughest seven-year-old in the world based on her current Sinclair number. She may also be the toughest seven-year-old boy or girl that has ever existed, whose results of the competition can be verified.

According to Cavan and his wife Lindsay, Rory’s staggering Sinclair total of 213,738 makes her the best 11-and-under pound-for-pound lifter in the United States.Our girl Rory is the current champion of the Ontario Weightlifting Association. She is competing in the US because Canada does not have an Olympic-style youth national weight-lifting championship.
