Woman watches parents leave her home and realizes something that hits her really hard

Time is of the essence.

Even the most self-aware person can be surprised by aging.

Slowly, like trickling water, it creeps up on you, and then, all at once. We suddenly find ourselves planning where to send our kids to school, investing in businesses for the future, and thinking about retirement while we still have vivid memories of childhood.

As a result, she reminded her readers what they should do with the time given to them.

It will be her priority to ask them for their stories and to always tell them how much they mean to her, especially while they are still alive.

In closing, she gave her readers some advice.

Every one of you reading this blog has parents who are aging if they are still with us,” she said, “No matter how old your parents are, they can die at any time.” Make time for them, express your love for them, and make sure they feel appreciated while they are still with us.”
