A love story that seems like it belongs in a movie. However, this one is factual, and it’s documented in a couple of TikTok videos that have gone viral. A young woman met the love of her life as she walked into a grocery store one day. Because he was homeless, she tried to help him. The woman met and married a homeless man, and now they have a family of four.
When Jasmine Grogan was grocery shopping one day, she observed a homeless man on her way in and stopped to help him.
“As I was completing my grocery shopping, I came across a homeless man. “I offered him money, but he refused…” Jasmine described how she married a homeless man in her viral TikTok narrative.
Jasmine went to the grocery store to buy some groceries for herself, but her mind was still on the homeless man outside.
“I walked inside and continued to run my store, but couldn’t stop thinking about him.” she recalls.
After completing her shopping, she went outside in hopes of seeing him again.
In a TikTok video that includes photos of the two of them, Jasmine wrote, “I went outside and asked if there was anything I could do to help him.”. “He refused.”. He asked if I needed help loading my groceries into a taxi.”.
Jasmine stated that she would accept his assistance.
As Jasmine claims, when the man assisted her into her taxi, she offered to take him out to dinner because he refused to accept money.
She explained, “I asked if he wanted anything to eat.” “He was embarrassed, but he agreed, and we went out to eat.”
This was the beginning of their relationship.
In her popular video, Jasmine writes, “We talked a lot about (his) life.” “I bought him a little phone so we could keep in touch.”
She explains in her TikTok video about how she married a homeless man why she feels “there was something unusual about him.”
